Please note: Parties coincide with regular players of Adventure Golf. Children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to run around the course.

Self Catered Parties Option 1
Function Room hire: $60.00  (Duration – 2 hours)

• Capacity of ~20 persons in the function room
• 15 children maximum – adult supervision required
• Adventure golf is additional and price is dependent on number of players
  • If players exceed 10, a 10% discount is provided for the Adventure Golf
  • Please ensure there is adult supervision per group of 4 (max group size 4)
• Invitations can be printed off using the PDF attached
• The room has two large trestle tables for guests, with extra chairs available for adults.
• Unfortunately we do not have any music playing devices, if you would like music please bring in your own speaker!
• The room has heating and cooling available.
• BBQ hire is free with function room bookings, please make us aware of your intentions to use the BBQ to ensure it is ready for your booking. Please note: BBQ hire can be booked separate from function room hire, please ensure it is not booked out if you intend to use it.

Party Room:

• You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to decorate the room if you would like – staff are happy to help where possible.
• The room has a microwave, pie warmer and a freezer. We have limited fridge space, but will accommodate as much as we can!
• Please note that we do not provide any utensils, plates, cups etc
• We will clean the room after you leave, however please do your best to leave it in an acceptable state, thank you.

Weekend booking times (pending availability) :

• 10:00 – 12:00
• 2:00 – 4:00
  • Most bookings choose to play Adventure Golf first and have something to eat second (your choice)
• Please note: A $60 fee is required to secure the booking (The cost of the room hire).

Self Catered Parties Option 2

Booking of outside seating (decking or tanbark)

• Seating on our decking area can be booked for groups with a maximum persons of 20 (total people – due to space)
• Please contact staff on 9727 3082 regarding booking times (more flexible than function room)
  • We would like to avoid clashing outside seating and function room bookings.
• This area is weather dependent, however covered by umbrellas
• BBQ hire is available for a $30 fee
  • Please note: Availability of BBQ hire on weekends is between 12:00 and 2:00 or after 4:00pm.
• Adventure Golf is as per prices on our website
• Please note, these areas are weather dependent (both outside without protection from rain)
