Kids’ Gymnastics Birthday Party Particulars
PARTY DURATION
Gymnastics Activities – 90 mins
The duration of our children’s Gymnastics party is two hours. This includes 90 minutes of Gymnastics activities run by our fun and enthusiastic coaches. The equipment is set up in a circuit on our sprung floor which includes a huge trampoline, mini tramps, climbing walls and our super fun FOAM PIT! This package also includes some time in our SOFTPLAY Playground!
Party Room (Optional) – 30 Minutes to celebrate with party food, cake etc. Catering options available.

Saturday : 1:30pm – 3:30pm
Sunday: 10:30am – 12:30pm | 1:30pm – 3:30pm
(10.30am – 12:30pm on Saturday is available during school holidays only)

$520.00 (GST inclusive) up to 20 children. Over 20 children $25 per child.
$50 room hire fee for BYO parties.
FREE party room hire if ordering over $100 worth of catering from Moving Bodies.

10% Surcharge for all SUNDAY parties. Payable on the day of your party.
Your $100 deposit, paid at the time of booking, will not have the Sunday Surcharge applied.
Sunday Surcharge for catering orders
Where your food order has been received and paid PRIOR to the TUESDAY before the party, no Sunday surcharge will be applied to your catering cost.
Where your food order has been received AFTER TUESDAY, 10% surcharge will be added to your catering order and payable on the day of your party.

BYO/delivered pizzas are not permitted. Where these have been brought into the party, a $95.00 fee will be charged.
$120 cleaning fee for any party poppers, glitter, streamers, pinatas, confetti or balloons filled with confetti.

- An additional fee of $50.00 for party room hire is applicable for any BYO parties. If you order over $100 worth of Moving Bodies catering, this $50.00 room hire fee is waived.
- More than 1 birthday child – please add $10.00 / per birthday child for the additional birthday gift
Additional Fees

This allows you access into the Centre 30 minutes prior to your party to set up along with an additional 15 minutes after your party to pack away.
Please do not arrive earlier than this time, as you will not have access to your room.
Extra time either side of this will incur a $60.00 per 30-minute venue hire fee.
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance of payment (cash or credit card) is required on the day of the party.
- Where payment has not been made at the conclusion of your party, an administration fee of $20.00 / day will apply until the party fees have been received.
