Freaky Fun Science Parties for Kids
Dress up like a scientist and create amazing hands-on experiments. Have your birthday party presented by Professor JellyBean at your home, park or chosen venue (please note that we can no longer host events at restaurants or similar). Heaps of fun for boys and girls of all ages.
We have Science Parties to suit young children (3 to 5 years) & Science Parties to challenge and amaze the older kids as well. Choose from one of our 5 Professor JellyBean Science Parties to have the best birthday ever!
Are you within the council region that we travel to?
We can visit you at the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Brisbane and Redland region.
Professor JellyBean can also visit the following council regions, however, there will be an additional $50 travel fee included to the following regions: Logan, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Somerset
Party times available:
Monday to Friday—after school parties (anytime)
Saturday and Sunday—10:00am or 12:30pm or 3:00pm (we recommend that you invite the children at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled activities)
On the day of the party, Professor JellyBean arrives 15 to 30 minutes before she is due to start the experimenting with the kids.
PROFESSOR JELLYBEAN SCIENCE PARTIES
We charge $21.00/child with a minimum requirement of 16 children or the equivalent fee.
WACKY SCIENCE PARTY
#1 & #2-RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN 5 YEARS & OLDER
If you like your experiments wacky and mixed up, then this one is for you. Great party for a wide range of ages. We have 2 Wacky Science parties on offer
A bit of a fun mixture this party and a great one if your party has a wide range of ages.
This party gives you 2 options to choose from. All you have to do is decide if you want to make Freaky Goo Worms or Slime at the party? Tough decision.
- WACKY SCIENCE PARTY #1–Create colourful FREAKY GOO WORMS. Freaky Goo is a common seaweed food thickener but when it’s added to our special solution, you’ll get the most amazing chemical reaction, it looks like worms! Whip up a dish of squishy ARCTIC CHILL SNOW and discover how to build snow castles. Kids love this snow that never melts. End the experimenting with a FIZZING & FOAMING chemical reaction. Guaranteed to impress!
- WACKY SCIENCE PARTY #2–Create the best colourful SLIME. Seriously, Professor JellyBean has the best slime recipe. Whip up a dish of squishy ARCTIC CHILL SNOW. Discover how to make snow castles with your snow and discover how to make snow castles. Kids love this snow that never melts. End the experimenting with a FIZZING & FOAMING chemical reaction. Guaranteed to impress!

FREAKY GOO SCIENCE PARTY
RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN 7 YEARS & OLDER
It’s freaky and it’s gooey and it’s the most amazing chemical reaction you’ll ever see. This party is awesome!
Freaky Goo is a common seaweed food thickener but when it’s added to our special solution, you’ll get the most amazing chemical reaction that look like worms & small balls!
Make yourself NUDE Freaky Goo Worms (clear).
Then, let’s share the different goos at the table to fill up your freaky goo bottle. Squeeze this one into the special solution again to make rainbow coloured worms. Guaranteed to impress!
Get creative and make the FREAKY GOO BALLS using more coloured Goo. Make rainbow coloured balls, special designs on the balls such as smiley faces or whatever you can think of to create.

SNOW SCIENCE PARTY
RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN 8 YEARS & OLDER
It’s freaky and it’s gooey and it’s the most amazing chemical reaction you’ll ever see. This party is awesome!
We have 2 different types of snow for this party. Okay, so it’s a fake snow that you’ll mix up, but it’s still really really cool because it never melts!
Mix up a bowl of neon coloured snow to squish and squeeze it between your fingers. The white snow looks just like real snow but be warned, our ARCTIC CHILL SNOW does not feel like real snow—it’s a bit squishy!
Build a SNOWMAN each with never melting snowballs. Create a chemical change to make your snowman and then get extra creative and decorate the snowman to be one of a kind.
Next be amazed at how fast the BLIZZARD SNOW grows. This one is soft and fluffy feeling.

SLIME SCIENCE PARTY
RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN 8 YEARS & OLDER
What can I say, kids just love, love SLIME!!
Every child creates 3 different types of slime at this slimy party.
- First create a chemical change to make amazing oozing SEE-THROUGH SLIME. Have a slime race or just let the slime slowly drip down your hand.
- Get ready for slime challenge number 2. This slime is brightly coloured but it is extra stretchy. Discover how to blow huge SLIMY BUBBLES. Can you blow a bubble bigger than your head
- The 3rd slime the kids make is GLOW IN THE DARK SLIME. ‘Charge’ it up in the sun or any light source to make it glow extra bright.

MINI PROFESSOR’S SCIENCE PARTY
RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN 3 TO 5 YEARS OLD
Mini Professors are just super cute! This party is specially created for the younger scientists (3 to 5 years old)
We haven’t forgotten about the younger ‘scienctists’ with this party which has been specially adapted for younger children. Professor JellyBean is there to help them every step of the way but they’ll love the extra ‘sciencey’ challenges that we will give them, making them feel like real scientists! BTW: If there are older siblings, they are gonna luv this party too.
Children will have heaps of fun getting messy hands while they create colourful FREAKY GOO WORMS.
