The Rampfest Special

From $299 – For Up to 12 Kids (Extras $27.50 per person)

This is our speciality – and our most popular Birthday Party package. Ride all day, you get party bags AND you get one of our super Party Hosts! Our Hosts will give them some essential Safety Tips, show them around the park, and play some special Party Games. This is the Party your friends will be jealous of for a while…

The Action Sport Hero

From $399 – For Up to 12 Kids (Extras $27.50 per person)

The Basic Party

$27.50 per person Minimum 4 Kids

The Basic Birthday Party is a no-frills package that is perfect for groups of 4-8 who already know their way around a Skate Park. The package does not include a Party Host or a reserved Party Table, but you can still ride all day and enjoy some tasty party food too!

PRIVATE PARK HIRE

Yes, that’s right – you can hire the whole place out for your own personal Birthday Party Session! That’s an entire skate park just for you (and your friends)… sounds pretty cool right?

All private session hires are 3 hours.  As a guide, we have the following sessions available for hire:

Sunday Evening – From 6pm to 9pm:  $499 Hire + Extras

Monday Evening – From 7pm to 10pm  $499 Hire + Extras

Please note that rates increase by 15% on Public Holidays. 

Available Extras with Private Hires are:

  • A RampFest Coach / Party Host – from $99 (1hr)
  • A Pro Rider Demo – from $99 (1hr)
  • Basic Food Combo – $6 p/guest
  • Premium Food Combo – $9 p/guest
  • Hire equipment – from $5 p/item

RAMPFEST BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ’S

1.  DO WE NEED TO SUPPLY ALL THE SCOOTERS AND SKATEBOARDS?

We ask that everyone brings their own equipment (skateboard/scooter/bmx & helmet) whenever possible.  We have a selection of hire skateboards, helmets and scooters available for $5 p/item – but the supply is limited.  If you know you will need some hire items, please book them with your package when prompted.

All equipment does have to meet our safety requirements – this includes:

  • That all handlebars have bar ends or plugs,
  • That scooters are non-folding,
  • All equipment is in safe working order and suitable for use on ramps in the opinion of the Party Host or Rampfest Staff member
2.  IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY KIDS WE CAN BRING?

Currently, we are limiting parties to 20x kids max as we are still required to operate within certain Covid-19 guidelines.  Please be aware that the park is still open to the public at the same time as your party.  If you are planning on bringing any more than 15x kids, we recommend that you purchase an additional Party Host to assist (especially if there is a wide range of skill levels in your group..    If you plan on bringing 20 kids, we will insist that you book an extra Party Host so that we effectively manage your group in RampFest.  If you are looking to more than 20 kids, please contact us to discuss the best session time.

3. IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

There is no age limit (upper or lower) – it all comes down to confidence and ability.  If you or your child are confident enough to use the skate park, we’d love you to come down and enjoy it!  We do require that Children under 10 be supervised by an adult at all times, and we recommend that kids any younger than 5 have a parent with them in the Skate Park.  During “RampFest Special” and “Action Sports Hero” Parties, you will have a coach with your group, and they’ll be able to assist any newcomers around the park    For younger kids, we do have a specific Junior Session – for under 14’s – on Saturday & Sunday Mornings.

4.  ARE WE ABLE TO BRING EXTRA PARTY FOOD FOR THE KIDS?

In general, we are not a BYO Food & Drink venue – unless you have specific dietary needs that our canteen does not cover.  Please contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll do what we can to assist.  You are welcome to bring your own cake and party bags if you like – however we can supply party bags as a party of our package extras.

5.  DO YOU HAVE FOOD FOR ADULTS?

We have a basic selection of canteen food (chips, toasted sandwiches, pies, sausage rolls, hot dogs) – if the adults would like some of their own food for individual use, this is totally fine.

6.  IS COFFEE INCLUDED IN THE PARTY?

We include 2x coffee’s in the party packages for Parents.  Any additional coffee’s can be purchased on the day individually, or run on a tab against the party as a whole.


Rampfest Birthday Party Conditions – please note that:

  • All parties packages MUST be booked in advance.
  • Parties are booked in 2hr blocks – you can ride the park all day, but this is how long the Party Table/Room is reserved for. Unless otherwise discussed, please ensure you can clear the table within this time as there may be other parties booked in.
  • We do require payment upfront when booking your party to lock that date & time in. If you cancel more than 14 days out, this can be redeemed as in-store credit in full (please note that we do NOT offer refunds for bookings). If you cancel between 7-14 days, you can redeem 50% of the payment as in-store credit.  If you cancel within 7 days of your party, full payment is not refundable.
  • All parties (including private session parties) are subject to our standard rules and conditions of entry. All participants must sign waivers, and have the correct equipment.
  • All private session parties are subject to managers approval – and to book a private session you must give us at least 2 weeks notice.
  • The Private hire prices listed here are for Birthday Parties ONLY – any commercial hires will need to be discussed and quoted by management.

Please ensure that you DO NOT visit RampFest if you have any symptoms of Covid-19.  All Parties are subject to our full Covid-Safe Guidelines (including Private Parties).
