A sports party is the perfect birthday party idea for kids aged 6-13 years. Choose from our range of 8 sports parties. We offer 60 and 90 minute time packages with our coaches coming to your child’s party on Saturdays and Sundays in Sydney.

SPORTS BIRTHDAY PARTIES – TYPES OF ACTIVITIES

MULTI SPORTS BIRTHDAY PARTIES

With our multi sports parties, children play a range of sports. For example, we can facilitate games of soccer, touch footy, oz tag, cricket, AFL, basketball, netball, athletics carnival activities like dodgeball and running relays. You can request specific sports for your child or we can design a program.

RUGBY LEAGUE BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Rugby league parties involve children participating in goal kicking accuracy games, catch and passing activities, attacking and defensive drills involving tackle bags as well as a game of oz tag/touch footy. Please note children will not be tackling other children.

AFL BIRTHDAY PARTIES

At the AFL party, children will get the opportunity to practice their goal kicking, marking, kick passing, handballing, and evasion/agility skills. Additionally, there will be a game of AFL played. Please note children will not be tackling other children.

NETBALL BIRTHDAY PARTIES

At our netball parties, children play a range of netball-themed drills focusing on footwork, speed, agility, pivoting and passing, jumping, and shooting for goal. Plus, the children will play a game of netball.

CRICKET BIRTHDAY PARTIES

A cricket party involves various drills, activities, and games focusing on cricket skills. For instance, children will take part in catching and throwing challenges, bowling accuracy activities, as well as a game of cricket where every child gets a turn to bat and bowl.

RUGBY UNION BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Rugby union parties include activities involving catching and passing, attacking and defensive challenges like 3 on 2 touch footy, goal kicking competitions, and a game of oz. Please note children will not be tackling other children

SOCCER BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Soccer parties involve activities focusing on soccer-related skills like dribbling, ball control, passing, and goal shooting. Furthermore, children will be given the opportunity to participate in a game of soccer.

BASKETBALL BIRTHDAY PARTIES

At the basketball party, children will be instructed to take part in dribbling, ball control, passing, and goal shooting drills. On top of this, agility and evasion activities are played as is a game of basketball.

HOW A SPORTS BIRTHDAY PARTY WORKS

STEP 1 – SET UP

We arrive at your chosen location 15-30 minutes prior to the planned birthday party start time to begin preparing for the party. For example, we begin by meeting the birthday child and then set up between 2-4 activity stations.

STEP 2 – MEETING THE CHILDREN

Once the party begins, our coaches organise players into small teams and provide instructions around safety, expectations and how to play the activities we have planned.

STEP 3 – IMPLEMENTATION OF SPORTS BIRTHDAY PARTY PROGRAM

This is where the fun starts and children begin to play games and activities we have planned for them. During this time, the coach acts as an instructor, referee, and entertainer of kids. Every 20-25 minutes children will play a different game/activity. Our coaches can customise the timing and organisation of games and activities to suit the needs of customers with regards to scheduling meal/drink breaks, planned photo moments and other necessary breaks to the sports birthday party.

STEP 4 – WRAP UP

At the conclusion of the party, our coach reflects on the party with the children in attendance and leads the singing of a birthday party song for the birthday child. We then pack things up, bump out and hand the responsibility of the children back over to parents.

Individual Birthday Parties

1-hour package: $400
1.5-hour package: $500

Note: This party option is for one child celebrating their birthday with their friends. Price is inclusive of set up/pack down time, birthday present, and one coach. All coaches are qualified, insured, and have a working with children clearance license.

JOINT BIRTHDAY PARTIES

1-hour (60 minutes) package …………………………………… $500

Note: This party option is for two children celebrating their birthdays jointly with their friends. Price is inclusive of set up/pack down time, birthday present, and one coach. All coaches are qualified, insured, and have a working with children clearance license.

WHAT WE DO PROVIDE

Our aim is to make hosting children birthday parties easy with these inclusions:

Professional coaches: working with children licensed, insured, suitably qualified, experienced coaches.
Pre-party assistance: suggestions for and/or make bookings of appropriate venues if required.
Equipment: complete supply of professional sporting equipment.
Customisation: customers can specify the sports, games, and activities to be played.
Standardisation: we can design and deliver suitable sports entertainment options.
Variety: children play a different activity every 20-25 minutes.
Teams: children are placed into teams to build friendships.
Children management: coaches to implement effective children management strategies.
Minor first aid: we supply antiseptic cream and plastic strips for minor scrapes/cuts.
Invitations: we can supply you with electronic invitations for an additional fee if required
